Mini Desiccant Flex Dryer - MDFD-II
 
The Desiccant Flex Dryer MDFD is a central desiccant dryer designed for continuous drying of granular plastic materials to final moisture content of 0.02% or lower, depending on the material involved.

 

The MDFD dryer has been designed for drying hygroscopic raw materials, non-hygroscopic raw materials and regrinds in the temperature range from 60°C to 200°C with a temperature deviation of ±5°C or better

 

The MDFD is usually connected to a number of Drying Hoppers (DH hoppers) ranging in size from DH 30 to DH 450. The DH hoppers can either be placed on the processing machines or be centrally located in an assembly on a frame with the MDFD dryer.
